Depending on the situation, we periodically audit your system and provide a personalized report of potential issues—before they impact sales or performance. Mentoring is provided as a natural (and free) part of every project, and clients are encouraged to identify one or more employees who will champion the user experience on an ongoing basis. When companies need help on several similar projects, we will typically be fully engaged for the first project, and then work into a more advisory role for later projects. Ultimately, our goal is to work ourselves out of a job by increasing our clients' knowledge, and honing their analytical and design skills. In this way, we minimize or eliminate ongoing dependencies and save our clients money. |
Dr. Scoresby offers personalized training to companies worldwide. If you are developing your own internal design team, or simply want to raise internal awareness, Dr. Scoresby can help. Classes on a variety of User Experience topics are available, and class length can range from short, brown-bag sessions to multi-day tutorials. Demonstrations and interactive, hands-on activities keep things fun and engaging and help attendees fully internalize the information. |
