It distributes its products through subsidiaries, independent dealers/distributors, and company-owned sales and service offices around the world.
We evaluated MICROS' Enterprise Information Portal which is used to provide insight and reporting capabilities to the over 310,000 POS installations across the hospitality, specialty retail, and restaurant industries. Through that process, we developed an extensive report describing issues found and illustrating fundamental principles and proposed redesigns.
