Founded in 1935, Grange Insurance and Grange Life offer auto, commercial, farm, homeowners, and life insurance coverage to customers in about a dozen US states—mostly in the farm belt. It sells its products through a network of independent agents.
Grange initially engaged Scoresby Interactive to review a customer portal and offer redesigns for it. We provided an uncomplicated design that significantly enhanced both customers' capabilities and the portal's ease of use.
Subsequently, Grange engaged Scoresby Interactive to conduct a series of facilitated sessions with a cross-departmental team tasked with establishing Grange's web strategy. That project is on-going.
